The Restaurant was founded in Castelnuovo Berardenga in September 2008 by Carlo and Claudio, friends since more than 20 years, that have in common the passion for kitchen, good savours and above all they are “castelnovini d.o.c.”.
Coming into the restaurant you can stop in front to the desk, where you can find a big choice of local cold-cuts, cheeses, home made sweets and (dishes from the daily menue, together with many other tasty dishes from the “Gastronomy take away”.
From the large window that gives you an insight into the kitchen, you can look, among sauces and soups, at what is cooking on the fireplace.
There are two large rooms – in typical Tuscan style - warm and welcoming, perfect for job lunches, dinners among friends, ceremonies, anniversaries…
In the summer time it is possible to have breakfast, lunch and dinner or simply have a coffee in the terrace next to the restaurant, and the bar service is always open.
